1 Warranty period, scope, and conditions
Under normal installation and use, the products provided by our company have a one-year quality assurance period from the date of installation. During this period, under normal use conditions, our company will provide "three guarantees" service for any quality problems caused by the product itself.

 

Speed of problem solving and troubleshooting
(1) Provide customers with free wire and cable selection services and related technical consulting services.
(2) Marketing service personnel quickly, accurately, and patiently answer any questions and doubts raised by customers.
(3) After receiving information about quality problems reported by customers, we will provide a clear response and solution within 1 hour. If on-site solution is required, professional technicians will be dispatched to the site within 12 hours for cities within the province and within 48 hours for cities outside the province.

 

Other commitments regarding after-sales service
(1) Implement tracking service for users of our company's products, conduct irregular follow-up visits to users, and promptly understand and solve problems that may arise during use.
(2) Our company will always meticulously meet the reasonable requirements of customers. We provide not only high-quality products and excellent service, but also use practical actions to advocate a value for customers: choosing us is choosing trust.

 

Other preferential conditions
(1) 24-hour service is available at any time. After receiving a repair report, we will arrive on-site within 12 hours for cities within the province and within 48 hours for cities outside the province to carry out emergency repairs until the equipment is fully restored to its normal operating state.
(2) Free maintenance of our company's products for 12 months.
(3) Implement tracking service for users of our company's products, understand feedback information, and promptly grasp the operating status of the products.
(4) Under normal installation and use, and with the equipment operating normally, we promise that for any quality problems occurring within one year due to the product's own quality issues, we will replace and repair the equipment and provide customers with "three guarantees" service.
